Common use of GOOD FAITH OF PARTNERS AND AFFILIATES Clause in Contracts

GOOD FAITH OF PARTNERS AND AFFILIATES. Each of the Partners shall act in good faith with respect to the Partnership in any matter which involves the interests of any of its Affiliates. Without derogating from the obligations of a Partner and its Affiliates to the Partnership and the other Partners, a Partner shall not subordinate the interests of the Partnership to the separate interests of itself or its Affiliates.
