Good Faith Transfer. The Contractor shall cooperate with the WSIB in good faith to effect a smooth and orderly transfer of such services to a successor entity. Upon termination of this Contract, the Contractor shall retain all the WSIB records according to the record retention provisions set forth in this Contract.
