Good Housekeeping Deposit definition

Good Housekeeping Deposit means the deposit which may be required by a Venue to cover any Good Housekeeping Charge;

  • Should the Owners be dissatisfied with the condition of the property upon the guests’ departure an additional cleaning charge will be taken from the Cautionary Good Housekeeping Deposit, this will be charged at £20 per hour.

  • The Good Housekeeping Deposit will be held by the Owners to be applied against the reasonable costs of miscellaneous repairs and/or replacement and additional cleaning of furnishings, kitchen equipment, crockery, glass, bedding and towels damaged or soiled otherwise than by usual wear and tear during the Holiday Period by You or other members of Your Party.

  • Where the Good Housekeeping Charges exceed the value of the Good Housekeeping Deposit or if no Good Housekeeping Deposit has been provided, Good Housekeeping Charges will be included in the Final Invoice.

  • A Good Housekeeping Deposit of £500 is payable at the time of paying the balance (at least 8 weeks before the start of the booking) which is returnable if the property, fixtures, fittings and effects are undamaged.

  • Where a Good Housekeeping Deposit has been provided, the Good Housekeeping Charges will be debited and the balance returned to the Customer.
