Good Leaver Termination by Executive. Executive may terminate employment with the Company during the Post-Change Period with the right to severance compensation as provided in Section 8(c) upon the occurrence of one or more of the following events without Executive’s prior written consent (regardless of whether any other reason, other than death, disability (as determined in the good faith discretion of the Board) or Cause, for such termination has occurred, including other employment) and any termination following the occurrence of one or more of such events shall hereafter be referred to as a “Good Leaver Termination”:
