Good Reason-Change in Control. Other than for Cause On or After a Change in Control. If Executive terminates this Agreement with Good Reason-Change in Control pursuant to Section 4.1(a) hereof, or if the Company terminates this Agreement without Cause on or after the occurrence of a Change in Control pursuant to Section 4.1(a) hereof the Company shall pay to Executive cash in one lump sum within thirty (30) days after the date of termination the aggregate of the following amounts:
