Good Reason on or Following a Change in Control. (A) The assignment to you of any duties inconsistent with the position in the Company that you held immediately prior to the Change in Control, or a significant adverse alteration in the nature or status of your responsibilities, including your reporting responsibilities, from those in effect immediately prior to such change; provided, however, that no such alteration in your reporting responsibilities alone shall be considered Good Reason hereunder prior to the date which is six (6) months following the date of the Change in Control;
