Common use of Good Standing with the County Clause in Contracts

Good Standing with the County. The Agency agrees that it must be in good standing with the County to continue providing services for the County. To be in good standing with the County the Agency must, among other things, stay up to date on any payments due to the County. If the Agency is not in good standing or does not maintain good standing with the County during the term of this Agreement, the County may terminate this Agreement or withhold payment for services until the issue is remedied.
