Common use of Good Will Clause in Contracts

Good Will is Innovex's valuable Customer, Vendor and other industry relationships which it is the responsibility of the Employee and other Innovex employees to maintain, develop, nurture, improve and expand in connection with the products and services provided to said Customers by Innovex or purchased from said Vendors.
