Common use of Goods and Non-Consultants’ Services Clause in Contracts

Goods and Non-Consultants’ Services. All goods and Non-Consultant’s Services required for the Project and to be financed with an amount equivalent to the amount in Dollars provided under the Loan shall be procured in accordance with the requirements set forth or referred to in Section I of the Procurement Guidelines, and with the provisions of this Section.

Goods and Non-Consultants’ Services.
