Goods provided. 4.1 If equipment or other materials are provided by the customer, we are entitled to charge the customer 15% of the value of the material or equipment provided, as a handling surcharge.
4.2 Such equipment and other materials provided by the customer are not covered by the warranty. The quality and serviceability of goods provided are the customer’s responsibility.
