Common use of Goods, Works and Services (other than Consultants’ Services Clause in Contracts

Goods, Works and Services (other than Consultants’ Services. (a) The prior review procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Procurement Guidelines shall apply to: (i) the first two (2) contracts for goods, works and services (other than consultants’ services) to be procured on the basis of each of the following procurement procedures, namely: (A) National Competitive Bidding, and (B) Shopping; (ii) each contract for goods and works to be procured on the basis of Direct Contracting; and (iii) each contract for works estimated to cost $200,000 equivalent or more and each contract for goods estimated to cost $100,000 equivalent or more. (b) The following prior review procedures shall apply to each contract to be procured on the basis of Direct Contracting: (i) prior to the execution of the contract, the Recipient shall provide to the Administrator a copy of the specifications and the draft contract for its approval; (ii) the contract shall be awarded only after the Administrator’s approval shall have been given; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(h) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Goods, Works and Services (other than Consultants’ Services. (a) The prior review procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 3, and 5 of Appendix 1 to the Procurement Guidelines shall apply to: (i) the first two (2) contracts for goods, works and services (other than consultants’ services) to be procured on the basis of each of the following procurement procedures, namely: (A) National Competitive Bidding, and (B) Shopping; (iia) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $150,000 or more, and works to be procured the first contract for goods awarded on the basis of Direct ContractingNational Competitive Bidding; and (iiib) each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 equivalent or more more, the first contract for works awarded on the basis of National Competitive Bidding, and the first contract for works awarded on the basis of Shopping; and (c) each contract for goods awarded on the basis of community participation estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 equivalent 50,000 or more., and the first contract awarded on the basis of community participation estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent; (b) The following prior review procedures shall apply to each contract to be procured on the basis of Direct Contractingdirect contracting: (i) prior to the execution of the contract, the Recipient shall provide to the Administrator Association a copy of the specifications and the draft contract for its approval; (ii) the contract shall be awarded only after the AdministratorAssociation’s approval shall have been given; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(h2 (h) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines shall apply.

(a) The prior review procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 4 of Appendix 1 to the Procurement Guidelines shall apply to: : (i) each contract awarded with the first two use of International Competitive Bidding; (2ii) contracts each contract for goods, works goods and services (other than consultants’ services) estimated to be procured on cost the basis equivalent of each of $200,000 or more; (iii) the following procurement procedures, namely: (A) first two contracts awarded under National Competitive Bidding, and Bidding procedures; (Biv) Shopping; (ii) each contract the first two contracts for goods and works to be procured on the basis of Direct Contractingawarded under shopping procedures; and and (iiiv) each contract for works estimated to cost $200,000 equivalent or more and each contract for goods estimated to cost $100,000 2,000,000 equivalent or more. (b) The following prior review procedures shall apply to each contract to be procured on the basis of Direct Contractingdirect contracting: (i) prior to the execution of the contract, the Recipient Borrower, through PVD, shall provide to the Administrator Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract for its approval; (ii) the contract shall be awarded only after the AdministratorBank’s approval shall have been given; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(h) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.

Goods, Works and Services (other than Consultants’ Services. (a) The prior review procedures set forth in paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 4 of Appendix 1 to the Procurement Guidelines shall apply to: : (i) each contract awarded with the use of International Competitive Bidding; (ii) each contract for goods and services (other than consultants’ services) estimated to cost the equivalent of $120,000 or more; (iii) the first two contracts awarded under National Competitive Bidding procedures; (2iv) the first two contracts for goods and works awarded under shopping procedures; (v) the contracts for goods, works and services (other than consultants’ services) awarded for Subprojects under Community Participation Procedures and estimated to be procured on the basis of each of the following procurement procedures, namely: (A) National Competitive Bidding, cost $50,000 equivalent or more; and (B) Shopping; (ii) each contract for goods and works to be procured on the basis of Direct Contracting; and (iiivi) each contract for works estimated to cost $200,000 equivalent or more and each contract for goods estimated to cost $100,000 500,000 equivalent or more. (b) The following prior review procedures shall apply to each contract to be procured on the basis of Direct Contractingdirect contracting: (i) prior to the execution of the contract, the Recipient Borrower, through INCAGRO-PMU, shall provide to the Administrator Bank a copy of the specifications and the draft contract for its approval; (ii) the contract shall be awarded only after the AdministratorBank’s approval shall have been given; and (iii) the procedures set forth in paragraphs 2(h) and 3 of Appendix 1 to the Guidelines shall apply.
