Goodwill and Reputation of the Company. The Executive agrees that he will refrain from taking actions or making statements, written or oral, which disparage or defame the goodwill or reputation of the Company, and/or its directors, officers, executives and employees or which could adversely affect the morale of other employees of the Company.
