Governance Documents. The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the Purchaser, together with the Purchaser’s heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns and Occupiers shall be bound by the Governance Documents and shall strictly comply with the Governance Documents at all times from the Actual Completion Date.
