Governance Positions. The Parties will establish two separate governance structures for the Service Modules for BTC Funds and Institutional Accounts, respectively, each in accordance with the Governance Procedures. State Street and the BTC Recipients will consult with one another with respect to the appointment of persons to the positions contemplated by the Governance Procedures.
