The Governance Reports clause requires regular reporting on the activities, decisions, and compliance status of a governing body or committee within an organization. Governance Reports a. The school’s governing board chair and the chief school executive may be required to host an on-site visit and meeting with the Commission to discuss the role of the board in exercise of its oversight responsibilities to the school and its students and families. b. The School will post governing board meeting agendas and meeting minutes on its website. c. The school will post and maintain on its website all governing board approved policies.
Governance Reports. HPES will provide all governance-related reports described in Schedule 8. Such reports will be (1) no less comprehensive than the reporting conducted by or provided to HPI prior to the Effective Date, (2) issued weekly or at such other frequency as is specified in Schedule 8, and (3) delivered to such individuals as designated by HPI.
