Governing Board Composition and Voting. The Governing Board of ILEAS shall consist of the following individual members, described as follows: (a). Members of the Initial Governing Board – The individuals designated on Exhibit A will be members of the Initial Governing Board of ILEAS and shall serve until such time as their successors are elected or appointed, as the case may be.
