Governing Language. This Agreement has been negotiated and executed by the parties in English. In the event any translation of this Agreement is prepared for convenience or any other purpose, the provisions of the English version shall prevail.
Governing Language. 29.1 The contract shall be written in English. All correspondence and other documents pertaining to the contract that is exchanged by the parties shall also be written in English.
Governing Language. 27.1 The Contract shall be written in English language. Subject to GCC Clause 28, the version of the Contract written in the specified language shall govern its interpretation.
