Governing Law and Binding Effect. This Mortgage and the Note shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut. All grants, covenants, agreements and other provisions herein contained shall run with the land, and shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns of Mortgagor and Mortgagee.
