Governing Law and Choice of Venue. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri. Unless arbitration is required, the parties hereto agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Missouri for the purposes of enforcement of this Agreement or any action that may arise relating to the employment relationship or the enforcement of this Agreement between Employee and Company.
