Governing Law and Consent to Personal Jurisdiction. The laws of the state of Nevada shall govern this Agreement. In any legal proceeding arising under this Agreement, venue shall be in Washoe County, Nevada, and Employee consents to personal jurisdiction in Nevada and Washoe County. The venue choice set forth herein shall not limit or restrict the Company’s right, at its sole discretion, to pursue the equitable, injunctive or specific performance remedies set forth in this Agreement in any jurisdiction or venue where Employee may be found or where a breach or threatened breach may or has occurred.
