Any legal problems relating to the Service shall be governed by the laws of Japan; provided, however, that the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sales of Goods shall not apply. 2. If any provision of the Terms of Use etc. specifies special application to any of the categories, the said provision shall be applicable only to the specific category such as the Images, the Footage or the Music, as the case maybe. Unless otherwise provided for in the License Agreement, the terms defined in the Terms of Use and the Contributor Agreement shall have the same meaning herein.
