Common use of Governing Law and Entire Agreement Clause in Contracts

Governing Law and Entire Agreement. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota. The Borrower Documents and the documents related thereto contain the entire agreement of the parties on the matters covered herein. No other agreement, statement or promise relating to the subject matter hereof made by any party or by any employee, officer, or agent of any party that is not in writing and signed by all parties to this Agreement shall be binding.
