Governing Law and Exclusive Venue. This Contract is made in Texas and shall be construed, interpreted, and governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute under this Contract involving R13 PC must be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx County, Texas. Any dispute not involving R13 PC but involving a Member and Vendor, shall be governed by the laws of the state of the Member and exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall be within the city, county, and state of the Member.
