Governing Law and Forum Selection. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without respect to its principles of conflicts of laws that would refer resolution of any dispute arising under this Agreement to the substantive laws of another jurisdiction. Employee and the Company hereby agree that the exclusive venue for any legal dispute related to this Agreement shall be in the state and federal courts sitting in Platte County, Missouri and the appellate courts having jurisdiction thereover.
