Common use of Governing Law and Judgments Clause in Contracts

Governing Law and Judgments. In any proceedings taken in its Relevant Jurisdiction in relation to this Agreement and any of the Security Documents expressed to be governed by English law, the choice of English law as the governing law of this Agreement and such Security Documents and any judgment obtained in England will be recognised and enforced.
