Governing Law and Remedies. In addition to any other remedies at law or in equity it may have, each party shall be entitled to seek equitable relief, including injunctive relief and specific performance, in connection with a breach of the provisions of this Agreement. The parties acknowledge and agree that they are bound by their arbitration obligations under Exhibit B attached hereto, which the parties also hereby agree to execute contemporaneously and is an integral part of this Agreement. The parties agree and acknowledge that all provisions of this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia exclusively and without reference to principles of conflict of laws. The Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”) will supersede state laws to the extent inconsistent. The Arbitrator(s) shall have no authority to apply the law of any other jurisdiction.
