Governing Law and Settlement of Dispute. 11.1 The formation, validity, interpretation, implementation and dispute settlement of this Contract shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. 11.2 Any dispute arising out of the performance of this Contract or in connection with this Contract shall be settled by the Parties through friendly consultations between them. Failing it, such dispute shall be referred to and finally settled by arbitration of the Beijing Arbitration Commission.
