Common use of Governing Law; Binding Effect Clause in Contracts

Governing Law; Binding Effect. This Amendment shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, and shall be binding upon the Borrower, the Administrative Agent, each Bank and their respective successors and assigns.
