Governing law & Exchange approval. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Colorado, United States. Based on business transactions contemplated by the Company , the Executive agrees to the modification or deletion of certain terms in this agreement if required to obtain approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.
