Governing Law, Forum and Time Limits. i. All Accounts are opened at the Tennessee branch office of the Bank. All actions relating to your Account, including this Agreement, will be governed by the laws and regulations of the United States and the State of Tennessee (to the extent that laws of the State of Tennessee are not preempted by Federal law). Federal and the laws of the State of Tennessee shall be applied without giving effect to principles of conflicts of law.
