Governing Law, Interpretation of Development Agreement. This Development Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California applicable to contracts entered into and to be performed in California. Any action to enforce or interpret this Development Agreement shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Contra Costa County or, in the case of any federal claims, in federal court for the Northern District of California.
