Common use of Governing Law; Interpretation Clause in Contracts

Governing Law; Interpretation. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with and governed for all purposes by the laws and public policy (other than conflict of laws principles) of the State of New York applicable to contracts executed and to be wholly performed therein.
