Governing Law, Invalidity of Provisions. This Agreement shall be construed and governed by the substantive laws of the State of Missouri (except its laws and decisions regarding conflicts of law, which shall be disregarded in their entirety). If any part or provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions shall be unaffected. To the extent that any provision of this Agreement is adjudicated to be invalid or unenforceable because it is overbroad, that provision shall not be void, but rather shall be limited only to the extent required by applicable law and enforced as so limited.
