Common use of Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Disputes Clause in Contracts

Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Disputes. This Contract and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the law of the country of incorporation of the Supplier. The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of that country have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Contract or its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims). Nothing in this Contract will prevent either party from applying to the courts of any other country for injunctive or other interim relief or for enforcement purposes of any judgment.
