Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Forum. This Agreement shall be construed under and governed by the internal laws of the State of Indiana, without giving effect to any conflict of laws provision or rule that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Indiana. By entering into this Agreement, the Executive acknowledges that the Executive is subject to the jurisdiction of both the federal and state courts in Indiana.
