Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Service of Proceedings. 20.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong and the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts in respect of this Agreement. 20.2 Nothing contained in this clause shall limit the right of any party to take any suit, action or proceedings arising under this Agreement against any of the other parties in any other court of competent jurisdiction, nor shall the taking of any suit, action or proceedings arising under this Agreement in any one or more jurisdictions preclude the taking of any suit, action or proceedings arising under this Agreement in any other jurisdiction, whether concurrently or not, to the extent permitted by the law of that jurisdiction. 20.3 Each of the parties hereto hereby irrevocably authorizes and appoints the agent described in the second column in schedule 8 opposite its name (or such other person being resident of or incorporated in Hong Kong as it may by notice to the other parties substitute) to accept service of all legal process arising out of or in connection with this Agreement and service on such agent (or such substitute) shall be deemed to be service on the party concerned.
