Common use of Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Waiver of Jury Trial Clause in Contracts

Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Waiver of Jury Trial. The laws of the state of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles, will govern this Agreement, its construction, and the determination of any rights, duties and remedies of the Parties arising out of or relating to this Agreement. Jurisdiction and venue are proper in the county in which the School is located. The Parties each waive any right to trial by jury in any litigation involving this Agreement, including breach, interpretation or performance thereof.
