Governing Law; Jurisdiction; Certain Waivers. (a) This Addendum shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with the internal substantive laws (and not the choice of law rules) of the State of Ohio. (b) The invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any provision of this Addendum shall in no away affect the validity, legality or enforceability of any other provision; and if any provision is held to be unenforceable as a matter of law, the other provisions shall not be affected thereby and shall remain in full force and effect.
