Governing Law; Jurisdiction; Forum. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California. Customer irrevocably agrees that any action, suit or proceeding by or among Provider and Customer may be brought in whichever of the Superior Courts of the State of California, San Diego County, or the Federal Court for the Southern District of California in San Diego, California, has subject matter jurisdiction over the dispute and waives any objection that Customer may now or hereafter have regarding the choice of forum whether on personal jurisdiction, venue, forum non conveniens or on any other ground.
