Common use of Governing Law/Order of Precedence Clause in Contracts

Governing Law/Order of Precedence. The Agreement shall be enforced in accordance with applicable federal law and regulations, directives, circulars or other guidance as specified in this Agreement. When signed, this Agreement shall become binding on the Recipient and the Government to be administered in accordance with the DoD Grant and Agreement Regulations as they apply to the particular recipient or subrecipient concerned. In the event a conflict exists between the provisions of this Agreement and the applicable law, regulations, directives, circulars or other guidance, the Agreement provisions are subordinate.
