Common use of Governing Law; Personal Jurisdiction and Venue Clause in Contracts

Governing Law; Personal Jurisdiction and Venue. This Agreement and all disputes relating to this Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Colorado. The Parties acknowledge that this Agreement constitutes the minimum contacts to establish personal jurisdiction in Colorado and agree to Colorado courts' exercise of personal jurisdiction. The Parties further agree that if they are unable to reach an agreement concerning the nature and terms of alternative dispute resolution, any disputes relating to this Agreement shall be brought in the District Court of the 20th Judicial District, Boulder, Colorado, and they hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such Court.
