Governing Law; Personal Jurisdiction. This Agreement and all disputes relating to this Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of California as such laws are applied to agreements between California residents entered into and performed entirely in California. The parties acknowledge that this Agreement constitutes the minimum contacts to establish personal jurisdiction in California. The captions of this Agreement are not part of the provisions hereof and shall have no force or effect.
