Governing Law; Severability; Conformity. This Deed of Trust will be governed by the law of Missouri (the “State”). In the event that any provision or clause of the Loan Documents conflicts with applicable law, such conflict will not affect other provisions of the Loan Documents which can be given effect without the conflicting provision. To this end, the provisions of the Loan Documents are declared to be severable. To the extent Missouri law may now or hereafter impose requirements or set limitations on Creditor’s rights under the Loan Documents, the Loan Documents will be conformed to comply in all respects to the law as it may from time to time be amended.
