The University agrees that this Subscription Agreement shall be enforced, governed and construed in all respects in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, that the rights, powers and duties set forth herein shall be binding upon the University, its successors and assigns, and shall inure to the benefit of its successors and assigns.
