GOVERNING LAW; VENUE; CONSENT TO JURISDICTION. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma without regard to principles of conflicts of law. Both Parties consent to the jurisdiction of the courts situated in Tulsa County, Oklahoma in all disputes arising out of this Agreement.
