Common use of Governing Law; Venue; Jury Waiver Clause in Contracts

Governing Law; Venue; Jury Waiver. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. The parties further agree that venue in the event of a dispute shall be exclusively in the Circuit Court of the King Xxxxxxx County, or the applicable federal court encompassing that jurisdiction, at the sole option of Company, and Executive agrees not to object to venue. Executive and Company further agree that ​ in the event of any judicial proceeding arising out of a dispute between them that they knowingly and voluntarily waive their right to trial by jury and agree that the dispute will be decided by the Court sitting without a jury.
