Common use of Governing Law; Waiver of Jury Clause in Contracts

Governing Law; Waiver of Jury. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles. For the purposes of any suit, action or other proceeding arising out of this Agreement or with respect to Executive’s employment hereunder, the parties: (a) agree to submit disputes to arbitration as set forth in Section 6.11 and (b) waive their respective rights to a jury trial of any claims and any causes of action.
