Governing Law/Waiver of Notice. Except as may be otherwise provided by the Uniform Commercial Code or in any addendum hereto, this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Debtor hereby waives presentment, demand, protest, notice of dishonor and all other notices and demands, as well as any applicable statute of limitations.
