Governing Laws and Jurisdiction and Venue. The Plan shall be construed and enforced according to the laws of the state of Florida, to the extent not preempted by federal law which shall otherwise control. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue of all disputes arising out of or relating to this Plan shall be in any court of appropriate jurisdiction in the state of Florida.
