Governing Laws and Jurisdiction. I. Matters not covered herein shall be handled in accordance with the laws and regulations of the R.O.C. and general banking practices. II. The Agreement and investment related documentation, forms, and transactions shall be governed by the law of Taiwan. The Principal agrees, except as otherwise provided by law (including but not limited to Article 47 of the Consumer Protection Act, Article 436-9 of Taiwan Code of Civil Procedure, or other provisions of exclusive jurisdiction), disputes arising from this Agreement shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
